Assistant Manager – Fayetteville, NC

Omni Financial® a leader in the military consumer finance field for over 50 years is seeking a retired Senior Non-Commissioned Officer to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations. Experience in the financial arena is not required. We will train the right person.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the management of a financial office in Fayetteville, NC from top to bottom.
  • Interact and advise service members of their financial obligations and decisions
  • Assist the General Manager with duties associated with a customer service office operation to include personnel management and accounts receivable management
  • Assume leadership of the office in the absence of the General Manager

Qualifications to include:

  • Extensive knowledge of the military, local units and chains of command.
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, great people skills and a can-do attitude.
  • General office skills and computer expertise required. Good personal credit required.
