Your need for confidentiality and privacy is important to us. We recognize that privacy is an important element of our customers’ confidence in us, and we understand that our customers expect us to collect and retain personal information responsibly. The following online privacy practices explain how we manage this information in order to meet these goals and supplements our privacy notice entitled “WHAT DOES OMNI FINANCIAL GROUP DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION” (Click here to see Privacy Notice)

Information Collection and Use

You can visit our Web Sites** without sharing personally identifiable information. “Personally identifiable information or personal information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to contact or locate you such as name, mailing address, phone number, email address, social security number, or account number.

We currently do not collect any personally identifying information about you on our Web sites unless you choose to provide information to us by completing an online application or by sending us an email. We may, however, record certain non-personal statistical data about Web site visitors on an anonymous basis, such as information about the time and length of your visit, the pages you looked at, and the website you visited prior to ours. We may also retain the name of your internet service provider. This information about usage patterns helps us improve the quality and content of our website.

Use of certain features and tools on our Web sites require that you provide us with personally identifiable information. However, you always have the option not to provide personal information by choosing not to use a particular feature. For example, we will request personally identifiable information when you apply for a loan with us. This information, such as name, mailing address, email address, social security number, type of request and additional information, is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data and is used to fulfill your request. We may share this information with third parties for our everyday business purposes and for our marketing purposes and, in some cases, with our affiliates for their everyday business purposes and marketing purposes. For more detailed information about the types of personal information we collect and share if you should apply for and/or receive a loan with us, please see our supplemental privacy notice entitled “WHAT DOES OMNI FINANCIAL GROUP DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?”.

Use of cookies

Our Web sites are currently programmed to create only “per session cookies’ in order to interact with our database. No personal identifying information is involved with these cookies. When logging out, any cookies created will automatically expire, and no permanent change or record will exist on your hard drive. A “cookie” is a small text file or text identifier placed on your computer to assist us in providing customized services. We use cookies to provide you with a convenience feature to save you time and provide a more personalized experience on our site. For example, you may log on once during a visit and will be able to access multiple servers without having to log on again and again. We also use the information for internal research on our visitor’s demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand our visitor’s preferences. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Some portions of our Web sites, such as the loan application process, however, require the use of cookies for proper function.

Keeping your account accurate and up to date is very important. We want the information we gather and maintain to be current and complete. You can assist us by checking your account from time to time to discover obsolete or inaccurate information.
