I had the help of both Britney and Ada and they were great. I started with an online application and decided to walk into the physical office to close it out. Britney was able to help me and answer questions on the phone, while Ada was able to assist me in person. Super grateful for the help both in person and over the phone. This helped ease a bit of my anxiety over PCS'ing with the extra money.

My husband and I's experience was amazing. Brittney is who we worked with via over the phone. She was so helpful, and understanding. On top of it she was very patient and didnt make us feel rushed. She was a joy to work with. Not only did she address our needs, she also had us laughing on the phone.She definitely knows what she doing. Britney was a joy to work with. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help. We appreciate your help so much Brittney. She is one in a million. More people like her are needed. Dealing with military spouses I know is not easy, but she was a breath of fresh air.
