Hailey and Naoki in the Newport News office are THE BEST!!! They really know what the service members need. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet and they will work hard for you. Hailey is truly a blessing and was able to help me get what I needed while I wait for my VA claim to go through. I have been a customer with this company for well over a decade and I have never experienced anyone like Hailey. She went above and beyond for me without even knowing me or being asked!! I have faith that there are still some hard workers out there after meeting her. She is truly phenomenal!! If you need something, trust me, this crew will take care of you. I love these ladies!! Customer care specialist LaTice Moore has been very helpful in person and over the phone. She was professional every step of the way and assisting myself in getting my funds in a timely manner. Would definitely come back to this place again.Mr. Reed is very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting our service men and women in their financial needs. He’s been doing this for 12 years and is still doing great things for our service members.Thanks you both for helping me out and I will definitely recommend this place to any service member!

Mrs. Latice Moore was very quick and understanding with me. She helped me and understood my personal problems was I having and did everything in her power to ensure I had what I needed while always keeping a smile on her face in the process. She was a true hidden blessing!!

Very professional, I had the pleasure of speaking and the assistant of Latice white, and Lauren Reed. I received great customer service and knowledgeable information. I recommend them when needed in help. They are kind and understating and gives you all the time you need. They are military friendly and understand the military ways.
