It was a very easy process and I didn’t even think I would get approved again so soon. I had ran into a financial problem with Navy Federal Credit Union which caused me to fall behind on my payments to Omni. When I went to the Newport News location, your staff was awesome and patient with me. Great service offered to the military.

Hailey and Naoki in the Newport News office are THE BEST!!! They really know what the service members need. They are the nicest people you'll ever meet and they will work hard for you. Hailey is truly a blessing and was able to help me get what I needed while I wait for my VA claim to go through. I have been a customer with this company for well over a decade and I have never experienced anyone like Hailey. She went above and beyond for me without even knowing me or being asked!! I have faith that there are still some hard workers out there after meeting her. She is truly phenomenal!! If you need something, trust me, this crew will take care of you. I love these ladies!! Thank you again!!
