Jane Wayne Day 2017
Each year, the 2nd battalion hosts Jane Wayne Day so that the active duty Marine spouses and family members can get a chance to experience the tactical life of a Marine for a day. Participants get the opportunity to ride in tactical vehicles, shoot the M4 service rifle, witness the machine gun weapons range and many more activities. The day ends with a free barbecue for the participants, spectators and volunteers on the 11th Marines Parade Deck.
