General Questions

Do I have to pay any advance fees in order for you to consider my online military loan application with Omni Financial?

No. Unlike some, Omni Financial does not charge any up-front loan application fees in order to submit a military loan application.

What are the interest rates on your Military loans?

Our military loan rates will vary depending on several factors such as state law, the amount and length of the loan, current financial obligations and your past credit history. We make loans with interest rates that range from low single digit amounts to a maximum of 35.95%. Applicants with excellent credit may receive a very competitive rate while those who have had some credit problems will find their rate may be higher. In any case, Omni Financial will work to get your loan approved as fast as possible and offer a competitive rate as compared to other military loan lenders, payday loans and pawn lending.

Is my loan with Omni covered under the Military Lending Act (MLA)?

Yes, your loan with Omni will be covered under the MLA whether you are a covered member or not. Unlike many other financial institutions, Omni Financial has elected to treat all of its customers (effective 03/05/2020)  the same as covered members and extends the benefits afforded by the Military Lending Act to everyone. Omni does not verify military status, therefore each customer is expected to know his or her personal status under Federal law. For information on the MLA see https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/what-are-my-rights-under-the-military-lending-act-en-1783/
