OFFICIAL RULES:
In this contest Omni Financial of Nevada, Inc. (“Omni”) will provide four (4) El Paso Chihuahua tickets for one of eighteen home games for the 2025 season. There will be a total of seventy-two (72) tickets available to the first eighteen (18) Omni Customers with a current Omni loan in good standing (i.e. with no payment past due) which makes a Qualified Referral and “Likes” and “Follows” at least one (1) of Omni’s social media pages. Tickets will be distributed at the El Paso branch located at 3910 Dyer St. Suite E, El Paso, TX 79930 either at the time of referrals or by 6 p.m. ET September 13, 2025, whichever comes first.
1. Effective Period: The Omni Referral Contest begins March 28, 2025 and ends September 13, 2025 or as soon as Available Tickets have been distributed. All Available Tickets are subject to availability.
2. Eligibility: The Omni Referral Contest is open only to U.S. legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old who are Omni Customers with a current Omni loan in good standing (i.e. with no payment past due) which makes a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral must meet each of the following criteria: 1) applicant is over the age of 18, 2) completes the Omni loan application, 3) get approved for an Omni loan, 4) closes and gets funded on the Omni loan and 5) “Likes” and “Follows” at least one (1) of Omni’s social media pages, as confirmed with Omni representative. Loan approval may be delayed or unavailable on certain holidays. Cannot be combined with any other Omni promotion. Omni employees and their relatives are ineligible to participate. The Omni Referral Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. A. Referral Disclosure Requirements: Participants must disclose their participation in the Omni Referral Contest when referring others. At the time of the loan application, the applicant must provide the referrer’s name and phone number to an Omni representative. Omni will contact the referrer by phone to collect required information necessary for issuing the reward. Any false or misleading statements regarding Omni or its products will constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4. B. Referral Rewards: For each new qualified applicant referred, as outlined in Section 2, and upon receiving a loan application decision, the referrer will receive four (4) El Paso Chihuahua tickets, subject to availability. There is no limit to the number of rewards a referrer may earn, provided the supply of tickets remains.
5. C. Reward Distribution: Rewards must be picked up in person, following contact by an Omni representative. Omni will verify the referrer’s address as necessary. Omni will attempt to contact the referrer through up to two phone calls, followed by one text message for Omni customers.
6. D. Expiration of Rewards: Rewards will be void if address confirmation is not received by September 12, 2025. Omni is not liable for any failure to contact a potential winner due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the referrer.
7. E. Social Media Verification: Once the referred applicant’s loan is funded, an Omni representative will confirm with Omni’s marketing department that the referrer has “Liked” and “Followed” at least one of Omni Military Loans’ social media platforms.
8. Cancellation or Termination: Omni may at any time without prior notice, terminate or modify the Omni Referral Contest and these Terms and Conditions. Omni may also change the number or types of prizes offered. Omni reserves the right to cancel prizes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that you are ineligible to participate in the Contest, abusing the Contest, misrepresenting information provided to Omni, or have earned prizes in a manner that is fraudulent, that violates applicable law or in any manner not otherwise intended by Omni. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this Contest, the eligibility of prizes, or Terms and Conditions of the Contest will be resolved by Omni in its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you release all Social Media Platforms and Omni from any liability related to this Omni Referral Contest. OMNI, ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY, ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF CLAIM OR LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) THE CONTEST (II) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS, OR (III) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS.YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NEITHER OMNI OR ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS, HAS MADE OR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY RIGHT OR PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE VALUE, QUALITY, CONDITION OR FITNESS OF ANY PRIZE. ALL PRIZE S ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND OMNI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT THERETO. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OMNI ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST EXCEED ($20.00) TWENTY DOLLARS.
10. Governing Law: The laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its choice of law provisions, will govern the Omni Referral Contest and its Terms and Conditions. Any causes of action arising out of or connected with your use of the Contest or its terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively before a court located in El Paso, Texas.
11. Taxes: Prizes redeemed under the Contest are subject to applicable federal, state and local taxes. You are solely responsible for payment of taxes. Omni will report earnings under this Contest to the extent required by applicable law.
