What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and online to answer questions, process loan applications, and resolve inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering tailored loan and banking solutions.
- Conduct outreach calls to current, past, and prospective customers to update contact details and present lending opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure excellent service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the best financial outcomes for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
