What You’ll Do:

    • Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and online to answer questions, process loan applications, and resolve inquiries.
    • Build strong relationships with customers by offering tailored loan and banking solutions.
    • Conduct outreach calls to current, past, and prospective customers to update contact details and present lending opportunities.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure excellent service.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the best financial outcomes for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Customer Service Experience (Required)

✔ Consumer Finance or Military Knowledge (A Plus!)

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
