Held in conjunction with Fleet Week, the Samuel T. Northern Military Citizen of the Year award is presented to the enlisted military individual whose personal and public contributions had the most positive effect on the Hampton Roads community. This formal lunch will recognize the outstanding achievements of service members who volunteered their off-duty hours to help others in the community.
We are honored to have the opportunity to show our appreciation for the military presence in Hampton Roads at the Military Citizen of the Year (MCOY) luncheon, hosted by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
