There’s so much to do in Savannah it will be hard do everything in just one day. We suggest that a one or two day itinerary for exploring Georgia’s oldest city include:
- A tour of the gorgeous historic homes and mansions
- A visit to the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, an iconic symbol of Savannah and a beautiful example of Gothic architecture
- A walk around City Market, an open-air marketplace in Savannah’s Historic District featuring restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and more
- A stroll through the 30-acre Forsyth Park home to the famous Forsyth fountain modeled after the fountains found in Place de la Concorde in Cuzco, Peru
