Mesa Elementary School 5k Fun Run 2016
Omni was honored to take part in the 3rd Annual Mesa Elementary School 5K Fun’d Run on September 30th. This allowed families to raise money while also getting a great work out. The Fun’d run consisted of two parts, a 1 mile Family Walk and the 5k Run. This fund raiser is to help purchase school supplies for low income militry families. Omni is proud to be a sponsor of this event helping make a difference in the lives of Military Families in the Colorado Springs area.
The 1 mile family walk began at 2pm. This allowed family to walk together as a family at their own pace. An easy brisk walk on a beautiful afternoon with a great crowd. The main event, the 5K began at 3pm.
