Back to School Brigade 2018

Operation Homefront is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build strong military families that can thrive in the community. Operation Homefront has been operating for over 15 years helping military families overcome short-term obstacles so they don’t become long-term problems. 92% of Operation Homefront’s expenditures go straight to funding their programs and services to military families who need it. One of those programs is the Back-to-School Brigade.

The Back-to-School Brigade is an annual nationwide campaign run by Operation Homefront in partnership with Dollar Tree Inc and SAIC. The event’s main purpose is to collect and distribute school supplies to military kids across the country with more than 60 Back-to-School Brigade events. Omni joined this campaign to help support those in need of school supplies. In a partnership with Operation Homefront, we volunteered to help distribute backpacks full of school supplies at one of their events in Norfolk, VA and proudly donated to help support their efforts in collecting more school supplies.
