It was great to see you there! We had an amazing time at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce (HRCC) 25th annual Military Recognition Reception on Friday, August 17th!
It was a beautiful day at the Waterside Marriott Hotel in Norfolk where we honored our local military elite who were nominated by their command for outstanding service in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Marine Corps. The hardworking men and women of the military are a vital part of the nation we live in today. It was a great opportunity to be able to honor and thank the military personnel from the local commands.
We were happy to join the HRCC at the Military Recognition Reception and proud to acknowledge the men and women of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Marine Corps from Norfolk and hope to be a part of this event next year!

Approximately 400 active duty service members, VIP’s, commanding officers, and local dignitaries are present. These receptions provide an excellent opportunity to network with members of the armed forces community.

Military Recognition Reception 2016
The Military Recognition Reception is an informal opportunity for the business community to provide additional recognition to our service members and thank them personally for a job well done. The reception includes music, refreshments, and a special presentation. This event is free to all military personnel and their guests.
Many hardworking, military personnel representing all branches of the military from local commands were honored for their outstanding service at a reception held by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce on May 18.
