NCOA Project Eagle Award 2018
On Friday, 9 March 2017 at Sywank’s Scarlet & Gold Traditions, Jacksonville, North Carolina from 1800 to 2000 the Down East Chapter hosted the Project Eagle “SgtMaj C.A. Mack McKinney Award” for a deserving military active duty member and a retiree.
This year’s awards will be presented to Major Hans J. Miller USMC (Ret), Sheriff of Onlsow
County and CW0-4 Alexander Nevglowski USMC (Ret).
The Non-Commissioned Offers Association is a fraternal, benevolent, federally-chartered non-profit organization supporting all five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces; active, retired, reserve, National Guard, veterans and their families.

This year the Active duty member is Major General Walter Lee Miler Jr, Commanding General, II Marine Expeditionary Force Camp Lejeune and MGySgt Paul Levesque USMC Retired.
