USO Trunk or Treat – October 2018
Omni is excited to team up with The Fort Drum USO for a great family event, Trunk or Treat. This event is for all service members and their families. Held at the Black River Drive in Theater, only 4.5 miles from the main gate of Fort Drum, the event will have everything for a frightfully good Halloween. This event makes it easy for military families to enjoy a night of trick or treating, in a central location, where they can get together, enjoy the decorated cars and get some treats for the holiday. Make sure you bring your own bag or pail, for all those great treats.
Omni is excited to get to know more of the service members of Fort Drum and their families. This is an event created for the children of Fort Drum, but they don’t have to be the only ones in costume! Make sure if your costume isn’t warm enough that you bring a jacket, these events get chilly. It’s not just about the costumes, show off your creativity by decorating your car. When everyone gets involved, it creates an amazing night for the entire family! Trunk or Treats are a tradition in the Fort Drum area, as a way for kids and families to get together in a safe place, with out dealing with the cold that October brings. Make sure you have your active duty or dependent ID ready, so you can get right in and start celebrating!
