VAC Wounded Warrior Mission 2013
On Saturday, April 20th Wounded Warrior, former SGT John Davis and his new four legged friend, were flown back home to Abbeville, SC from St. Augustine, FL, FREE of Charge, by Andre Bohy, president of Omni Financial. Andre is just one of many pilots across the country who volunteer their time, aircraft and the cost of fuel to make up the organization called the “Veterans Airlift Command.” This home bound flight followed John’s three weeks of adjusting to his new best friend, Chester, a service dog donated by another wonderful organization called “K-9 For Warriors” in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. This flight home closed out another successful round trip mission for the Veterans Airlift Command.
